What you need

Steps
- Download Form TB01 or get it at a tax office.
- Fill in your business details, licence type and yearly sales.
- Selling beer or wine? Get the Statement of Fitness signed first.
- Take the form to a tax office and pay.
- A tax officer may visit your business.
Cost
Shops, per location, by yearly sales: from $2,500 (sales up to $500,000) to $75,000 (over $100 million). Wholesale: $5,000 to $75,000.
