Steps
- JADEP: ask your doctor to fill in the form, then take it to an NHF card centre.
- Use the JADEP card at a participating pharmacy for each prescription.
- Senior ID: apply at the National Council for Senior Citizens.
- You can use JADEP and the NHF card together.

Free to apply. JADEP medicine costs about $40 per item.
