Who can do this

Owners of private (white plate) cars with no unpaid licence fees can renew registration online. Other vehicles renew at a tax office.

Tick things off as you gather them.

Log in to TAJ and choose Renew MVRC. Pick 6, 12 or 24 months.
Pay. Your eMVRC comes by email. You can save it or print it.
For fitness, take the vehicle to an examination depot and give your email. The fitness certificate is emailed too.
Lost the email? Get a copy from the certificate portal.

Same fees as before. 24 months costs double the 12-month fee.
