Workers, self-employed people and retirees who paid NIS.

What you need

• For a new NIS number: proof of age (birth certificate or passport)
• For a pension: the application form, your ID, and your bank details for direct deposit

Steps

1. Download the form you need from the Ministry site, or get it free at your parish office.
2. Fill it in.
3. Take it to your Ministry of Labour and Social Security parish office.
