Who can do this

Anyone born and registered in Jamaica, or someone applying for them.

Full name, sex and date of birth
Place and parish of birth
Mother’s and father’s full names
The Birth Entry Number (top left of an old certificate). Don’t have it? Search for it free first.
A debit or credit card, or pay at an office

Tick things off as you gather them.

Regular price is shown when you apply. At an office: same-day $7,500, next-day $6,000. Extra copies $500 each.

Same-day and next-day need an older computer-printed certificate. Otherwise allow a few weeks.
